Begin by activating the page container. This is done by clicking to the right or left side of a paragraph (closer to the edge of the document without actually clicking outside the document. You know that you have selected the correct element when you see the word 'Container' in the upper left corner.

Once the page container is activated it will automatically load a small box in the upper right side. If you hover over this element you will see a tool tip that says 'Select Page'. Click on the element (the small gray box).

When you click on the 'Select Page' element this will open another container called 'Div Container'. You know you have activated the correct element when you see the words 'Div Container' in the upper left corner. Beside these words you will also see a number of icons. The furthest icon to the right is a trash bin. Click on the trash bin. This will delete the selected page.
