How to Cancel a Trial or Refund a Purchase
Please find all the details you need below to cancel a Designrr trial, stop recurring payments and have your purchase refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: We offer a 30 day refund guarantee. So please make sure to check the date of your purchase before submitting your request.
1. Refunds
The first thing you need to do before requesting a refund is to check if you are within the 30 days of the refund policy. If you are then you can either put in a ticket through our ticketing system at https://pageonetraffic.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or go to the live chat support inside of the Designrr app (bottom right hand corner). In either case please make sure to provide the details listed below:
1. The name you used to make the purchase with (i.e. your name or business name)
2. The email address used for the transaction (please make sure that you provide the correct one as this can delay processing)
3. The Transaction ID #.
All this information can be easily found in the PayPal receipt you received right after your purchase. If you are asking for a refund for several transactions, please provide the same details for each refund request. Refunds usually take up to 24-48 hours to be completed. There is no need to put in multiple tickets. Once the refund is process you will receive a notification email.
2. Cancel a PayPal Recurring Subscription
To cancel a PayPal recurring subscription log into your PayPal account.
1. Go to Profile > More Options.
2. Go to 'My Money'.
3. Find My Pre-approved Payments and click on 'Update'.
4. Find the merchant whose recurring payment you want to terminate.
5. Click Details and cancel the recurring payment.
3. Trial Cancellations
The Designrr trial period is 14 days. If for any reason you decide to cancel your trial you have two options. 1) log into Designrr. In the bottom right hand corner you will see the live-chat support. Simply type 'Trial Cancellation Request' and our representatives will know what to do. Please make sure to provide the email address you used to make the purchase. Please note: Trial cancellations usually take up 24-48 hours to be processed. There is no need to open several tickets. As soon as it is processed you will receive a notification email. 2) submit a ticket through our ticketing system.
