How to Format Your Paragraphs
In this tutorial you will learn how to re-format a single paragraph or entire page of a project.
1. Identifying the Paragraph to be Formatted
If you have made numerous edits to your paragraph styles and want to revert back to the original of the template that you used then you will want to use the formatting tool.

2. Formatting the Paragraph
Here you can see that there are three different style versions. Each paragraph has a different style from the original template. To change one of the paragraphs begin by activating the element. This is done by clicking on the text. You will know when the paragraph element is activated when you see the word 'Paragraph' in the upper left corner. Next, click on the formatting icon. This is the page like icon located just to the left of the trash bin.

Here you can see the selected paragraph has now reverted back to the original text style of the template.

3. Formatting an Entire Project
If you would like to revert all the text throughout the entire project back to the original of the template you do this by activating the first page of the project. IMPORTANT: Not the cover page of the project but rather the first written page.
To activate the page click on any element within the page. This will automatically open a small gray square in the upper right side of the page. When you hover over it you will see the words 'Select Page'. Click on this element. You will know that you have activated the entire page successfully when you see the words 'Div Container' in the upper left side. Once the page is activated then click on the formatting icon.

Here you can see all of the text has been changed back to the original of the template.
